| General Membership A general member must be a person interested in real estate investing and willing to learn proper real estate techiques and subscribe to a win-win code of ethics. Annual dues are $149 for the first year or $199 for a couple. The following year the dues are $100/$150. |
- All-Day RE 101 class covering the basics of real estate
investing and field training. - Local and National Speakers will share their expertise on
various ways to invest & prosper from their investments. - Networking: Meet members who are actively investing.
Many members attend the events just for this purpose. - Free entrance to monthly seminars.
